Join us to improve your knowledge in all lifts (squat, bench, and Deadlift) with our 90 minute barbell educational course. Don’t get confused while this is educational it will still be a workout, so come prepared to lift with exercise clothes, flat shoes, and water. This is open to all fitness levels.

Knowledge in form will give your strength.

When asking our female members what their biggest fear was when starting strength training our three main responses were “ I was intimidated by the free weight area”, “I was nervous I was going to get hurt”, and “ I just didn’t have a clue what to do”. If this sounds like you, you’re not alone.

Only 26.9% of women over the age of 18 strength train, only 18.6% of women over 30 strength train, and once you get to 50 it is only 14.3%.

Our goal at LBN is to make every woman that walks into LBN an outlier! As a female by only lifting the barbell (3x per week) you are about 75% more active in strength training than the average female! As we graduate college, start a career, become mothers, wives, or home owners we often start losing our hobbies and the things we do for ourselves. The gym, strength training, getting stronger, and gaining a community of females that will always push you to be a better you is the best hobby you could choose (obviously we a slightly bias).

Strength Seminar

It all begins with knowledge in the gym. Our goal with the 90 minute strength seminar is to educate you on the Squat, Bench, and Deadlift. By teaching you proper form, safety, and training styles. As well as, giving you direct feed back on your from in each lift.

We will be opening this course up to 12 women who would like to get stronger and gain confidence in the gym.
